Organic Beef Mushroom Burgers

Making these burgers are very simple, but much tastier than just having plain burgers!

Makes 2 large or 4 small beef patties.

All I do is take about 6 oz. of organic ground beef.  (Most of the time I just use 3 oz. to make 2 small patties for us).

Mix in 1 egg, 1/4 cup diced onion, 2 small or 1 large diced mushroom, some salt and pepper.

Cook burgers in iron skillet over medium heat with olive oil.  Meanwhile saute 2  more small or 1 large chopped mushrooms, 1 large clove garlic, 1/8 cup chopped onion in butter and olive oil.

When first side of burgers are cooked, turn over and spoon mushroom mixture on burgers while other side is cooking.

Top photo is shown with organic butternut squash and an organic baked potato. We, also, like to eat these with Organic Italian Potatoes.
