For those of you that love butter and love to use it on alot of your food, I have a tip for you. You can leave out the butter on your counter without refrigeration. We go through butter so fast, that we just keep it out on the counter and put out another one as soon as one gets low. It’s so nice to be able to have soft butter for spreading and using in recipes. It doesn’t go bad, unless maybe if it sat out for more than 4 or 5 days. I didn’t know about this for many many years. Hope this tip will help you!
